G2 Commercial Services has been providing services in Northern Ontario since 1999. With over 25 years of combined experience in collections, private investigation, court proceedings, policing and bailiff service, we have become a leader in the repossession industry. We are licensed under the Province of Ontario’s Ministry of Consumer Services and operate with strict compliance to the Bailiff’s Act. G2 possesses the ability to act on the behalf of parties that reserve the right to retain their property and goods, as well as providing services in asset liquidation.

Canadian Bailiff Association Code Of Ethics
The members of the Canadian Bailiff Dispatch Association, (CBDA), have joined together in agreement that all work and professional relationships must be of the highest ethical and moral standards. Appointed Bailiffs / Assistant Bailiffs and / or their employees shall provide professional and competent services to all clients. This code of ethics constitutes those values agreed to by the members, by virtue of their affiliation with the CBDA. This code is to be honored and practiced as a guideline for all professional activities.
- A member shall provide professional services in accordance with local, provincial, and federal laws.
- A member shall observe, and adhere to the precepts of honesty, integrity, and truthfulness.
- A member shall be diligent, and honorable in the discharge of their professional responsibilities.
- A member shall honor each client contract, adhering to all responsibilities by providing ethical services within the limits of the law.
- A member shall safeguard confidential information and exercise the utmost care to prevent any unauthorized disclosure of such information.
- A member shall refrain from improper and unethical solicitation of business; including false or misleading claims or advertising.
- A member shall use due diligence to insure that all employees and coworkers adhere to this same code of ethical conduct; respecting all persons, performing the job diligently and working within the limits of the law.
- A member shall never knowingly cause harm or defame the reputation or practice of colleagues, clients, employees, or any member of the CBDA
- A member shall undertake to practice the rules governing their bailiff appointment within the respective Province or Territory
- A member shall never undertake an assignment that is contrary to the CBDA Code of Ethics, to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms or the security interests of Canada.
